**Description and Responsibilities:**

Critically analyze activity, manpower, and weather records contained in RDOs submitted by work fronts or subcontractors;
Verify technical compliance of production entries against the approved design and schedule;
Approve or request revisions to field entries, ensuring no duplication or misallocation of costs/hours;
Update the project schedule based on validated data, identifying bottlenecks and critical paths;
Conduct periodic field inspections to audit whether RDO-reported information matches actual physical progress;
Prepare progress curves (S-Curves) and measurement reports based on validated records;
Participate in alignment meetings to report deviations and propose corrective action plans;
Ensure all execution documentation is properly organized for auditing and billing processes.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
Preferred: Specialization courses in Planning and Transportation or other related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
