Teamwork and commitment Mason Position * We are seeking a mason to work on civil construction projects, performing masonry, cladding, and finishing tasks. Description: * Prepare iron reinforcements for beams, ground beams, columns, foundation augers, floor meshes, and slab meshes; * Paint concrete, iron, wood, and wire mesh structures; * Prepare concrete manually or using a concrete mixer; * Perform masonry construction, leveling the ground, excavating soil with hoes to install ground beam and auger forms, and pouring concrete into the forms; * Clear sewer line blockages and perform maintenance on potable water lines; * Maintain masonry buildings and general metal structures; * Assist, during off-season periods, in general maintenance activities, following the company's established safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the workplace, as well as proper and safe use of equipment under one's responsibility; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly and comply with the company's safety rules and procedures; * Understand the risks associated with one's activities and apply corresponding control measures, complying with the SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) Policy and applicable legal requirements; * Identify and eliminate sources of risk and unsafe behaviors, avoid unnecessary exposure, and exercise the right to refuse unsafe work when necessary; * Combat waste and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions; * Actively participate in achieving the company's established quality objectives and targets; * Promote continuous compliance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures. Requirements: * Prior experience as a mason; * Knowledge of civil construction techniques; * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; * Commitment to deadlines and work quality.
