Rondonópolis Brazil Asset Security **Job Description \- External Recruitment** Control access of pedestrians, vehicles, and materials at plant entrances, ensuring compliance with asset security procedures and standards. Conduct inspections of backpacks, handbags, shopping bags, and vehicles, ensuring conformity with the company's established security and quality standards. Verify, inspect, and record invoices, delivery notes, and other documents accompanying the entry and exit of materials from the plant. Register and validate access permissions, including for mobile phone usage, in accordance with internal policies and upon authorization by the Asset Security Supervisor. Control and record the entry and exit of materials belonging to employees, third-party contractors, and visitors, ensuring appropriate documentation is present. Guide employees, third-party contractors, and visitors regarding the company's security policies and regulations, particularly those related to restricted access, mobile phone usage, and transportation of backpacks and personal items. Maintain updated and organized records of access, inspections, and incidents using manual or electronic forms and systems. Immediately report any irregularities, deviations, or incidents occurring during access control to the Asset Security Leader and Supervisor. Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the entrance gate, strictly adhering to operational procedures. Practice CIA — Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability — safeguarding information confidentiality and restricting access to authorized personnel only. Monitor and organize truck traffic flow, managing entry and exit queues at the factory to support operational efficiency and prevent impacts on external roads. * **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability to work rotating shifts and a 6x2 schedule; * Prior experience not required; this may be an entry-level position.
