




You will work on a 6x36 schedule. Conduct screenings, assessments, and reassessments of speech-language pathology in ICU patients, applying protocols for swallowing, language, voice, and orofacial motor function. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with difficulties in swallowing, orofacial motor function, speech, and communication. Provide guidance to patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team. Prevent complications by utilizing alternative and augmentative communication when necessary, based on established protocols and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
