Lead management and customer re-engagement • Greet customers before their dental evaluation, offering courteous and welcoming service; • Conduct patient interviews via the system to profile customers and understand their needs; • Prepare customized quotations after the dental evaluation; • Drive the sales process with a focus on contract closing; • Receive, qualify, and handle leads from various channels; • Convert leads into appointments and sales; • Re-engage existing customers to encourage their return to the clinic; • Formalize sales by preparing and issuing contracts; • Collect customer signatures on contracts to ensure formal acceptance of the proposal.
