Description

**Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer Windows Server 2022/2025, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO), Hyper\-V, and RHEL\-based Linux servers. * Deploy, configure, and maintain backup solutions (especially Veeam), disaster recovery plans, and PKI systems. * Set up and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Cisco devices and Cloudflare services. * Lead patch management, software deployment (WSUS), and ensure system compliance with ITIL\-based Change Management processes. * Automate tasks and monitor environments using PowerShell, Bash, Docker (Swarm), and SQL scripting. **Key Requirements:** * Minimum 3\-5 years experience in Windows enterprise environments and server administration. * Strong hands\-on experience in at least 2 of these areas: Cloud/DevOps, Networking \& Security, Domain Administration, or Database Admin. * Solid knowledge of PKI concepts and relevant compliance frameworks (EIDAS, ICAO). * Experience with virtualization, containerization (Docker), and scripting for automation. * Fluent in English with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; must be eligible to work in the EU and travel internationally (up to 30%). \#LI\-JP1
