




* Coordinate Quality Control and Quality Assurance routines across all stages of the production process. * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and legislation. * Supervise physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. * Implement, review, and monitor SOPs, operational controls, specifications, and traceability systems. * Support internal and external audits, develop action plans, and ensure corrective measures are implemented. * Train operational teams on good practices, hygiene, handling procedures, and process controls. * Monitor quality indicators (deviations, complaints, returns, nonconformities, trends). * Lead quality failure investigations, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective action plans. Requirements: * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields. * Experience in quality management within the industry, preferably in beverages or food. * Familiarity with quality management tools.
