Job Summary: Operate plasma cutting machines, interpret technical drawings, perform machine setup and part finishing, ensuring process quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Operate plasma cutting machines according to programming and technical specifications. Interpret technical drawings and production orders; perform machine setup (parameter adjustment, consumable replacement, plate positioning); finish parts via sanding and burr removal; verify dimensions and quality of produced parts; identify and segregate non-conforming parts; organize, label, and store cut parts in designated locations; handle materials safely (when certified); perform basic preventive equipment maintenance (cleaning, nozzle and electrode inspection, cable and connection verification); report technical failures to the maintenance department; maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workplace; correctly use required PPE; comply with internal regulations, operational procedures, and quality requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience as a plasma operator. * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation.
