Shall we go forward together? **Responsibilities and duties** * Respond to user requests and provide technical support for information technology devices; * Analyze problems and take actions to resolve them, provide basic support, identify users, and record information regarding the nature of the problem or incident; * Diagnose and solve issues, access software documentation, drivers, patches, knowledge base; * Perform on-site maintenance, including installation and updating of software and hardware; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, printer cleaning, and input/output devices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Preferred degree in Information Technology, Administration, Project Management, or Information Security; * Intermediate-level Office suite skills; * Knowledge of agile methodologies will be an advantage; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante/MS or nearby regions, or have availability for relocation. **Additional information** For over 40 years, we have been transforming sugarcane into energy that powers cities, feeds people, and builds stories.
