Experience in construction projects and electromechanical installation **Job Description:** ---------------------- We seek an organized, analytical professional with strong cross-functional integration capability to serve as a Measurement Technician, ensuring record accuracy, physical\-financial control, and support to the planning department. Responsibilities: Prepare quantitative surveys of services and materials based on execution drawings, producing control reports to support periodic measurements. Conduct field data collection, measuring productivity, equipment usage, and deployed labor, providing management with inputs for operational efficiency analysis. Prepare measurement reports and calculation memoranda, compiling information on services, supplies, and site allocations to support financial scheduling. Produce reports on physical and financial progress of contracts, consolidating executed data to support planning and cost control. Prepare photographic reports and information for the Daily Operations Report (RDO), documenting daily construction activities. Monitor service and equipment loggers, reviewing and guiding the completion of allocation forms to ensure record accuracy. Facilitate interface between production and planning departments, promoting integration and information flow to ensure contract compliance. Enter invoices into the Sienge and Greendocs systems. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard creation, charts, and pivot tables. Knowledge of subcontractor measurement processes. Experience in quantitative surveys, measurements, and physical\-financial analyses. Field experience in construction projects, electromechanical installation, and field monitoring routines.
