Description: Requirements: * Prior experience in the Quality field, preferably in a supervisory/coordinating role. * Knowledge of quality tools (5S, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.). * Experience conducting audits and analyzing KPIs. * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields (Quality Management, Engineering, or similar). * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the industry (please specify: industrial, logistics, etc.) * Additional training in ISO standards or auditing. Responsibilities: * Supervise Quality department routines, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. * Conduct internal audits and support external audits. * Manage and address non-conformities, developing corrective action plans. * Monitor quality KPIs and report results to management. * Lead training and guidance on best practices and processes. * Support inspections, document control, and release activities. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives during the contract period. 2511210202471882151
