We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Buyer to join our team! We seek a professional with procurement experience, strong emphasis on profitability, goal achievement, and negotiation—actively contributing to business profit maximization without compromising market competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
Manage the product line in alignment with strategic planning guidelines, focusing on market leadership and gross margin improvement;
Prevent stockouts and ensure adequate supply;
Manage and monitor selling prices to maximize margins and financial results while maintaining competitiveness;
Manage promotions for flyers and TV commercials, evaluating impact on sales and profitability;
Monitor inventory levels, optimize turnover, reduce unproductive items, and improve invested capital efficiency;
Support the Commercial Department Manager in sales closing, with a focus on results and profitability;
Identify and resolve discrepancies in the data entry and registration department;
Assist in operational activities and strategic procurement and sales negotiations in the absence of the Procurement Manager;
Act as a facilitator in departmental organization and mediate potential conflicts among team members;
Collect product information with accurate specifications and submit it for registration;
Monitor external market conditions and trends to identify opportunities for gains and margin improvement;
Seek co-op marketing funds from suppliers to enhance the financial return of commercial initiatives;
Conduct visits to competitors, manufacturers, suppliers, and trade fairs;
Propose solutions for technical inventory;
Participate in area-specific training sessions coordinated by HR.
**Mandatory Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
Additional courses in negotiation, procurement management, or logistics;
Experience in procurement (retail experience is a plus);
Proficiency in software, procurement management systems, and spreadsheets (Excel).
