




Description: Required qualifications: * Completed high school education. * Ability to perform routine inspections and complete operational checklists. * Basic knowledge of operational safety and good practices in industrial settings. * Availability to work rotating shifts/schedules. Preferred qualifications: * Technical course (in progress or completed) in Mining, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or related fields. * Knowledge of operational parameters such as particle size distribution, pulp density, circulating load, and energy consumption. * Valid driver’s license. Skills and competencies: * Attention to detail and ability to identify operational anomalies. * Focus on safety and operational discipline. * Effective communication for recording and reporting incidents. * Teamwork and collaboration with maintenance and other process areas. * Proactivity and accountability for final product quality. * Familiarize oneself with the tasks required for filtration operations at the mineral processing plant during one’s working hours, in accordance with instructions and scheduling provided by the immediate supervisor; * Perform operation and control activities for filtration equipment, from the tailings thickener and talc thickener to the storage and transportation of produced tailings, ensuring adequate storage bay capacity at all times; * Operate mineral processing plant equipment in accordance with operational procedures to achieve production targets while adhering to the Unit’s safety and environmental policies. 2511270202401889234
