Description: * Proven experience operating motor graders in infrastructure, mining, or road maintenance projects; * Experience working on sloped terrain, mine roads, or areas with low visibility; * Ability to operate articulated blades, knowledge of cross-slope techniques, embankment shaping, and fine grading; * Basic preventive maintenance knowledge and ability to identify operational noises or malfunctions desirable; * Proficient in safety procedures and correct use of PPE; * Operate motor grader to perform grading, road formation, slope and ramp construction, and access road maintenance at mining faces or operational areas; * Precisely adjust the blade and other machine attachments to ensure high-quality ground finishing, adhering to engineering or survey specifications for elevations and slopes; * Perform maneuvers on uneven, confined, or difficult-to-access terrain, respecting machine operational limits and safety regulations; * Conduct daily equipment checklists, inspecting hydraulic systems, tires, oil levels, and overall functionality, reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs; * Work collaboratively with transportation, excavation, and maintenance teams, promptly and accurately meeting operational demands; * Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and proper use of the motor grader assigned. 2510290202531609374
