




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Organize finished products on pallets, positioning them appropriately via manual or automated operation, as directed by the Production Supervisor and/or Control Room Operator. Perform bag handling operations, transporting packages to pallets manually or using conveyors, as defined by the Production Supervisor and/or Control Room Operator. Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the 5S methodology, and request cleaning supplies when necessary. Position packaging materials at the bagging machine for feeding and production of finished goods, performing operational adjustments to optimize performance. Operate the control panel when requested, provided proper training has been completed. Operate forklifts to feed hoppers, if qualified and trained for this function. Operate electric hoists to feed silos, hoppers, and operational equipment, provided training and authorization have been obtained. Manually feed silos, hoppers, and equipment—or use monorails—as instructed by the Production Supervisor and/or Panel Operator. Comply with company standards, procedures, and policies, including the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Manual. Perform tasks across various production areas as required, ensuring adherence to the production schedule within established time, cost, and quality standards. Maintain equipment, facilities, machinery, and tools following SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) guidelines, Life-Saving Rules, and the Safe Start concept. Complete the training schedule assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Panel Operator. Carry out operational tasks in compliance with JSA (Job Safety Analysis), WT (Work Instructions), and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Weigh raw materials (Monensin, Crina) according to operational procedures and safety guidelines. Cut reprocessed material and raw materials for bulk bags. Inspect screens, electromagnets, and metal detectors periodically. Monitor the production process via display screen (where applicable), assisting in resolving operational issues to ensure uninterrupted production within established standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience and qualifications: Completion of elementary education (or high school); experience in any production area; basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Driver’s license: Personal vehicle required (no transportation allowance provided).
