The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, checking, storing, controlling, dispatching, and serving materials to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures. Record incoming and outgoing material movements. Operate cargo handling equipment such as forklifts, supported overhead cranes, and others. It will be an honor to include you in the Spare family to conquer these challenges together! **Responsibilities:** Perform loading and unloading of materials from trucks, verifying their entry and exit according to invoices and orders for subsequent organization in their designated storage locations; Receive, store, and move materials using equipment that does not require specific training, such as manual pallet jacks and platform carts, as well as equipment requiring specific certification, such as forklifts, supported overhead cranes, among others; Execute tasks related to storage, organization, preservation, and cleaning of materials and the warehouse; Serve customers at the warehouse counter, receiving requests and delivering requested materials; Conduct inventory counts to ensure stock item accuracy; Issue outgoing material invoices; Separate materials for return and forward documentation for necessary procedures; Check expired items, monitor expiration dates, and notify the Warehouse Manager when expiration dates are approaching; Record material issue transactions in the system; Control the receipt and inspection of materials delivered by suppliers, verifying fiscal documents against purchase orders to ensure items meet required quality, quantities, and specifications; Organize material storage in designated locations to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material's characteristics, facilitating location and handling; Receive, issue, and file material movement documents; Perform equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance checklists. **Requirements:** High school diploma, Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Experience in material loading and unloading, Practical experience operating forklifts. **Benefits:** Life insurance, Meal allowance, Shuttle service, Medical assistance, Up to 80% discount on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, Platform with free courses, Discounts up to 50% at major pharmacy chains in Brazil, Up to 80% discount on language courses. 2510230202201702986
