Job Summary: The professional will perform masonry and construction services, including material preparation, block laying, and finishing work, in accordance with project plans and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform masonry construction and repair tasks 2. Work with interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications 3. Carry out renovations, maintenance, and repairs on buildings **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Fridays until 4:00 PM. **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and tools used on site; * Perform masonry work, constructing and repairing walls, fences, foundations, and other structures; * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications for the project; * Prepare and apply mortars, concrete, and other construction materials; * Lay bricks, blocks, floor tiles, wall tiles, and other cladding materials; * Perform plastering, scratch coat, screed, and general finishing; * Carry out renovations, maintenance, and repairs on buildings; * Verify alignment, leveling, and plumbness of constructed structures; * Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the job; * Request and use materials appropriately to avoid waste; * Keep the worksite clean and organized; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and other civil construction professionals to ensure quality and timely project completion. **Requirements:** * Primary education. **Salary plus production bonus and benefits.** **Benefits:** Bonus, Birthday Day Off, Other, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance
