





Responsible for the technical coordination of industrial projects in the fields of electrical engineering and instrumentation, developing technical scopes aligned with customer requirements and current standards, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution. Define performance parameters, timelines, costs, and quality criteria, ensuring compliance of installed facilities and systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interact with suppliers, specialists, and other stakeholders to promote integration, effective communication, and rapid problem resolution. Propose energy efficiency improvements aimed at reducing operational costs and enhancing sustainability. Strictly comply with quality, health, occupational safety, and environmental standards, safeguarding the company’s image and reputation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop detailed technical scopes for electrical and instrumentation engineering projects, including technical specifications, material requirements, devices, and control systems; Supervise, review, and approve technical projects, ensuring compliance with applicable specifications and regulations; Define performance parameters, timelines, costs, and quality criteria for facilities and systems to be implemented; Analyze electrical and instrumentation engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, regulations, and industry best practices; Coordinate with equipment and material suppliers, verifying adherence to technical scope specifications; Monitor and evaluate supply and service contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets; Conduct technical inspections during execution, verifying that work complies with the defined scope and preventing technical deviations and additional costs; Provide technical support to field teams, clarifying doubts and proposing solutions to technical issues arising during project execution; Ensure compliance of electrical installations and instrumentation systems with applicable standards and regulations, such as ABNT NBRs, NR-10, IEC, among others; Guarantee preparation and control of technical documentation related to projects, including compliance reports, operation manuals, electrical schematics, and test certificates; Propose energy efficiency improvements for electrical and instrumentation systems, aiming to reduce operational costs and increase sustainability; Participate in strategic meetings, aligning strategies and promoting smooth progress of activities; Comply fully with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, using mandatory PPE and reporting hazardous activities; Perform activities in accordance with organizational values and guidelines, maintaining focus on corporate goals and protecting confidential information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting safety through workplace organization and cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, reporting problems or damages to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or postgraduate specialization preferred. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
