Strategic leadership in industrial innovation and automation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage production teams, ensuring efficiency and productivity of industrial processes; * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement; * Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize production; * Analyze and resolve critical issues impacting industrial operations; * Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations; * Supervise industrial innovation and automation projects; * Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance; * Support operational cost management and optimize the use of productive resources; * Participate in strategic meetings with management and executive leadership to align goals and improve processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial supervision and team management; * Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen); * Ability to manage complex production processes and make strategic decisions; * Leadership, innovation, and team development capabilities.
