





Description: * Technical training in Industrial Automation, Electrotechnics or Mechatronics; * Experience with industrial machine control systems, preferably in packaging and bottling lines; * Desired knowledge in Ladder, Function Block and Structured Text programming; * Proficient in interpreting electrical, pneumatic diagrams and process flowcharts; * Experience with automated pneumatic systems (valves, valve islands, position sensors, pressure switches, etc.); * Familiarity with industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus); * Availability to work in different shifts. * Perform diagnosis, parameterization and programming on PLCs, HMIs, sensors and frequency inverters (Siemens, Allen\-Bradley, Schneider, etc.); * Analyze and resolve logic and communication faults in integrated automation systems; * Ensure stable and synchronized operation among conveying, packaging and palletizing equipment; * Support mechanical and electrical maintenance teams in troubleshooting functional failures via software; * Contribute to performance, safety and energy efficiency improvements in automated lines; * Participate in the installation, commissioning and validation of new automation and control systems; * Comply with and promote standards of safety, quality and operational reliability; * Develop and update technical documentation, program backups and fault history records; * Define work orders and preventive maintenance procedures for automation systems, establishing frequency and required activities; * Propose improvements in maintenance standards and processes by analyzing automation system performance data from the facility; * Participate in trainings, tests and implementations, acquiring necessary knowledge for maintaining installed factory automation systems; * Conduct process optimization studies aiming at increased productivity, cost reduction and improved quality in existing automation processes. 2511200202481879942
