Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the implementation of a new tool, ensuring training, adoption monitoring, and stabilization of usage. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset **Job Description:** ---------------------- Lead the full implementation of a new tool across company units, ensuring adequate user training, adoption monitoring, and usage stabilization during the post-implementation period. Key responsibilities: Plan and execute the implementation schedule across designated units; Conduct in-person training sessions for managers and end users; Monitor the initial days of tool usage; Support users in resolving operational questions; Track usage metrics and process adherence; Report implementation status to project leadership; Identify resistance or difficulties and propose corrective actions; Ensure the defined process is correctly followed. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience in implementing corporate systems or tools Experience in team training and facilitating in-person workshops Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational and disciplinary skills for schedule tracking Ability to manage resistance to change Proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in retail companies or operations with multiple units Experience in digital transformation projects Basic knowledge of project management **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAGA AUTOMINAS COMERCIO DE VEICULOS LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a two-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Project duration estimated between 3 and 4 months, subject to adjustment based on the implementation schedule.
