Conducting training sessions and onboarding new companies Carry out assigned tasks by providing technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, supporting preventive maintenance, identifying and helping resolve faults, and contributing to efficient system operation in support of the customer's operational and strategic success. * Provide customer support via phone, chat, and in-person; * Resolve issues related to configurations; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Perform configurations according to customer requests; * Gather and preliminarily assess customer requests; * Provide specific support via e\-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Onboard new companies; * Monitor releases, notifications, manuals, messages, and Mantis tickets to stay updated on system requests, implementations, and fixes; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
