Install, configure, update, and deploy software Carry out assigned tasks by providing technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying and assisting in fault correction, and contributing to efficient system operation in support of the customer's operational and strategic success. * Provide customer service via phone, chat, and in person; * Resolve configuration-related issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Perform configurations according to customer requests; * Conduct preliminary assessments and evaluations of customer requests; * Provide specific support via e\-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Implement systems for new companies; * Monitor releases, notifications, manuals, messages, and mantis updates to stay current with system requests, implementations, and corrections; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
