**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Identify business opportunities during interactions with existing or potential customers.
* Offer products and services tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
* Market existing portfolio products and services, as well as perform other front-line service duties.
* Prospect new customers and new business opportunities beneficial to the cooperative, its members, and the community.
* Manage the customer portfolio assigned to you.
* Support the branch manager in overseeing operational processes.
* Provide personalized, high-quality service to customers within your portfolio.
* Expand customer engagement with the branch by seeking business opportunities aligned with each cooperative member’s profile.
* Provide documentation for internal and external audit review upon request.
* Conduct collections from delinquent accounts—investigating cases, contacting customers, pursuing solutions until process completion, and positively contributing to business outcomes.
* Assist customers in regularizing their outstanding debts.
* Formalize approved debt restructuring proposals.
* Support management with information on overdue amounts eligible for legal action, per Internal Policy.
* Other related duties.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of cooperative financial institutions.
* Familiarity with financial products and services.
* Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
* Understanding of financial mathematics.
* ANBIMA certification.
