Job Summary:
The NI Support Assistant provides technical support to users, resolves issues, and performs maintenance on equipment and systems under supervision, following established procedures.

The NI Support Assistant is responsible for providing technical support to users, assisting in problem resolution and maintenance of equipment and systems. The role is performed under supervision, carrying out low-complexity tasks while adhering to established procedures.
* Provide user support by delivering technical assistance via phone, e\-mail, or in person.
* Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
* Support resolution of software and operating system issues, following procedures and guidelines.
* Conduct tests on equipment and systems to identify faults and assist in their correction.
* Log support tickets in designated systems, documenting requests and implemented solutions.
* Participate in training and capacity-building activities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
* Collaborate with the technical support team, sharing information and contributing to continuous process improvement.
* Comply with information security policies and internal company procedures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT industry trends to continuously improve professional competencies.
