This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering lectures to youth or adults in the following curriculum components: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, People Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Worker's Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
