Description

Job Summary: Manage and monitor services, efficiency, and productivity of technicians, provide technical support, and conduct quality tests. Key Highlights: 1. Workshop service management and monitoring 2. Monitoring of technical team efficiency and productivity 3. Technical support and diagnostics for the team \- Assign daily service orders by allocating them on the control board for technicians to begin work. \- Monitor services performed in the workshop via the control board to ensure all requested services are completed within the scheduled time. \- Monitor technicians' efficiency and productivity. \- Support and guide technicians by assisting with manual usage and resolving technical questions/diagnoses to ensure correct service execution. \- Conduct road tests (LQS – Service Quality Leader) when necessary.
