




The professional will be responsible for supporting all HR and payroll routines, acting in a generalist and collaborative manner in the company's daily operations. \- **Main responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes; * Management and monitoring of employee **onboarding and offboarding**; * Assistance in **personnel administration**, payroll, time tracking, and benefits; * Support for **organizational development initiatives, internal marketing, and workplace climate**; * Participation in **HR projects and general HR tasks** as required by the department. \- **Desired profile:** * Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, People Management, or related fields**; * Proven experience in Payroll and Human Resources departments; * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; * Availability for a **temporary contract (5–6 months)**.
