Ensuring quality and workplace organization Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities and duties: * Operate plant equipment to fulfill monthly production plans, ensuring the proper functioning of Crushing, Grinding, Thickening, Reagent Preparation, Sampling, and Tailings Dam areas, performing tasks, preventing and resolving issues jointly with the team; * Meet targets set by Supervision (costs, production, safety, health, and environment) by monitoring all shift indicators established by Supervision and proactively identifying potential issues—always focusing on prevention (process-related, mechanical, electrical, etc.); * Report and record equipment problems and preventive maintenance activities that may cause equipment shutdowns or other emergent situations, aiming to preserve equipment and material quality; * Accompany the maintenance team during service execution and verify service quality, providing feedback to Supervision; * Request materials, tools, and consumables required for processing plant operations in advance; submit requisitions by contacting Supervision for their availability; * Follow operational procedures developed by the Process Team and suggest procedural optimizations; * Complete area reports during the shift, conducting critical analysis of report entries and reported information, interpreting and reporting to the supervisor any unclear information; * Provide feedback to peer operators across shifts regarding handover and takeover of the work area—including operational conditions, changes in shift targets, cleanliness and organization status of the area, and equipment operating conditions; * Ensure archiving and organization of documents within your area of responsibility, enabling quick retrieval during meetings or audits; * Maintain your work area organized; * Maintain effective communication across different shifts, ensuring alignment of information and prompt resolution of any emerging issues; * Request necessary training from the Supervisor to perform job duties safely and meet production targets; * Analyze processes and implement improvements based on area needs, aiming to meet productivity targets, reduce costs, and maximize results; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the entire work area to maintain a clean and disciplined environment for higher task quality; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated through tasks under your responsibility; * Inform your immediate supervisor of matters related to your area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to support defining appropriate procedures and actions; * Complete and fill out the checklist for your area of responsibility; * Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor.
