Job Summary: Analyst responsible for analyzing departmental indicators, driving improvements in company results, and actively contributing to operational growth through strategic analysis and leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Active and strategic involvement to drive results growth. 2. Analysis and facilitation of meetings with managers and directors. 3. Preparation of reports for indicator analysis. Objectives and Detailed Responsibilities: Analyze indicators across all departments, follow up with managers and directors regarding these indicators, and thereby seek improvement in company results. Actively and strategically contribute to the growth of operational results. Analyze overall published indicators and Group Saga portals (sales, margin, inventory, market share, parts sales, retention, acquisition). Participate in and lead monthly performance review meetings with managers and directors to ensure accurate delivery of results. Participate in and lead regional board meetings whenever necessary, together with managers, brand directors, and the regional director, monitoring indicators and establishing action plans for follow-up in subsequent months. Prepare reports for regional-specific indicator analysis and various other reports requested by the regional director. Visit companies as required to conduct meetings. Conduct controller and/or management system training sessions. Oversee the sales team commission management process on the first business day, providing support and training to managers. Active and strategic contribution to the growth of operational results. Preparation of Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, and system report exports.
