




Description: * Completed technical education in Agricultural, Environmental, Forestry and related fields; * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural, Environmental, Forestry and related fields is desirable; * National Driver's License (CNH) Category B; * Experience in the field will be considered a differential. * Execute forestry standards and procedures in the field, ensuring technical and legal compliance; * Support and supervise outsourced teams, ensuring quality and efficiency in silvicultural operations; * Perform field records and input accurate data into the Forest Management System (SGF); * Control the quality of operational practices in soil preparation, planting, maintenance, harvesting and fire prevention; * Support tests and innovation projects to optimize processes and resources; * Interpret maps and guide teams using mobile applications and navigation tools; * Update data in corporate systems to ensure reliable information; * Validate supplier services, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance; * Monitor quality indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and NR-31 regulations; * Support improvement of silvicultural processes to increase efficiency and sustainability; * Participate in trainings, drills and record information as requested; * Follow internal procedures ensuring safety, health and quality in services. 2511090202181716579
