




Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in microcomputing, supervising technicians’ activities and supporting ICT infrastructure analysts. Key Highlights: 1. Training and guidance for team members and end users Responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance on matters related to microcomputing. Acts as team leader, supervising microcomputing technicians’ activities and supporting administrative management of ICT infrastructure analysts. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians’ and analysts’ teams, assigning tasks, defining priorities, measuring productivity, conducting meetings, and serving as a liaison between the assigned team and other company structures. * Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. Investigate and resolve issues reported by end users, ensuring continuous satisfaction and productivity; * Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure integrity and performance of microcomputing systems.
