Requirements: Proven experience in the role; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related fields; Willingness to travel required. § Map and rationalize business processes and their characteristics, applying process modeling techniques; § Prepare reports, technical opinions, and other tasks within the information technology area; § Develop a comprehensive plan for system and application migration; § Design information systems projects based on established methodologies; § Prepare functional and technical specifications for systems; § Develop a version control plan for systems used at Fortes; § Produce a complete network map showing all routing levels and associated network assets; § Develop a corporate backup plan; § Provide technical support to internal customers and train them on proper use of Fortes Engineering’s systems and applications; § Provide specific guidance to personnel at construction sites, including setting up network infrastructure and other ICT-related components; § Develop a network monitoring plan, including contingency measures in case of failure; § Develop a management plan for the entire network services infrastructure; § Conduct analyses of security and access control services; § Develop information security policies; § Monitor system and application performance; § Evaluate the performance impact of server and network asset updates; § Provide detailed information for structured cabling projects; § Prepare documentation and reports on executed activities, developed and acquired systems, aiming to maintain conditions for tracking and controlling operational systems and equipment; § Administer user account and profile scheduling and perform maintenance on systems and applications; § Prepare technical visit reports containing observations, recommendations, and submit them to the coordinator and relevant manager during visits to Business Units; § Plan support for each business unit to ensure appropriate ICT service levels; § Participate in business unit presentation meetings to identify communication and ICT needs for implementation; § Define, specify, and execute procurement with suppliers, oversee installation, and monitor operation of ICT resources; § Request and monitor improvements to systems used at Fortes; § Prepare reports as requested by departments; § Open and track tickets raised by the department and other areas; § Provide software and hardware pricing information to the budgeting department; § Be aware of and attentive to occupational health and safety hazards, risks, and environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activities, ensuring controls and protective measures are in place to eliminate or reduce potential harm to people and environmental impacts.
