Monitor the performance of the IT infrastructure (servers, network, systems, and devices), ensuring its availability. Perform installation and configuration of servers, operating systems, and software. Define parameters and configurations for IT equipment used by distributors. Carry out procurement procedures for departmental supplies (toners, smartphone chargers, headphones). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software. Manage information security and perform backups according to company policy. Prepare technical documentation and procedural manuals.
