Shall we go forward together? **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, manage, and ensure the availability, security, and performance of the technological infrastructure, including servers, network devices, telecommunications, cloud system hosting, and other IT equipment; * Coordinate support processes related to hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and telephony. * Lead and supervise the activities of the microcomputer and infrastructure support analysts team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience managing IT infrastructure teams; * Knowledge in LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi network administration, Windows/Linux servers, AD/Microsoft, DHCP, DNS, hybrid environments (on\-premises and cloud), virtualization (VMware/HyperV), storage, backups, and DR; * Experience administering firewalls and antivirus systems, and developing IT policies and procedures; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and PIMS; * Reside in Rio Brilhante/MS or nearby region, or have availability to relocate. **Additional information** For over 40 years, we have been transforming sugarcane into energy that powers cities, feeds people, and builds stories.
