Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing customer service, conducting field surveys, preparing sketches and technical reports, ensuring information compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and record physical and environmental interferences **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute service orders (SOs) by contacting customers in advance to understand their requests and align service details; * Conduct field surveys, collecting data and information accurately and with quality, using appropriate instruments and applications; * Prepare field sketches and reports based on collected information, ensuring clarity and standardization of records; * Indicate and record technical projections, measurements, and references required for internal project development; * Ensure reliability and compliance of collected information, following applicable technical standards and regulations. * Identify and record physical and environmental interferences, such as vegetation, buildings, roads, and other obstacles that may impact the project; * Organize and transmit collected data to designers and engineers, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to established deadlines. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completion of electrician training courses (with certification) or technical education in Electrotechnology. * Driver's license category B and availability for travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage network projects \- Energisa * Experience in field surveys and sketch preparation. **Location: Dourados, Naviraí, Ponta Porã, and Nova Andradina** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
