Lead installation teams and propose innovative solutions. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours **Experience Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Self\-employed * Develop and analyze electrical projects for residential, commercial, and industrial photovoltaic systems; * Perform electrical calculations, cable sizing, inverter selection, protection devices, and grounding systems; ensure project compliance with technical standards (ANEEL, NBRs, NR\-10, NR\-35, among others); * Monitor certification procedures with electricity distribution utilities, provide technical support to sales teams and customers during pre\- and post\-sales phases; * Supervise and guide field installation teams to ensure correct project execution; prepare technical reports, descriptive memoranda, and documentation required for project approvals; propose innovative solutions to optimize costs and improve energy efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Driver's license AB; * Experience in photovoltaic system projects and/or implementation, familiarity with solar sizing software; * Proficiency in reading and creating electrical diagrams, knowledge of Brazilian technical standards and electricity sector regulations; * Leadership and interpersonal communication skills, experience managing medium\- and large\-scale projects; courses or specializations in solar energy are a plus. **Benefits:** Others, Meal allowance
