OPEN POSITION – TURBO GENERATOR OPERATOR Work Location: Porto Alegre do Norte – MT – Opportunity open to candidates from other cities. We are seeking a Turbo Generator Operator to perform operation and control of a thermal power unit, ensuring operational safety, efficiency, and continuity. Main Responsibilities * Operation of turbo generator (manual and via supervisory system); * Control of energy demand (voltage, current, and power factor); * Synchronization of the generator with the utility (MSLC and DSLC); * Emergency reset operations at the MCC and support for electrical maintenance; * Monitoring of operational and safety standards; * Preparation of production and consumption reports; * Collection of samples for quality control; * Biomass supply and chemical product management; Requirements ✔ Completed High School Education ✔ Technical Course in Electrotechnology or related fields ✔ Experience in power generation ✔ Availability for travel between branches Benefits * Meal Allowance: BRL 621.00 * Unimed Health Plan * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Annual PPR (up to 2 salaries, based on performance targets) Employment Terms * CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Salary: To be negotiated
