**Position:** Higher Educator I – Beverages
**Contract Type:** Hourly – Indefinite Term (after 90 days)
**Number of Vacancies:** 01
**Location:** Campo Grande/MS
**Working Hours:** Position requires availability to work during morning/afternoon or afternoon/night shifts
**YOUR ROLE IN THIS MISSION:**
Implement actions according to the Educational Action Plan/Course Project and study course characteristics provided by SENAC, such as: competencies, professional profile upon completion, modules, thematic blocks, technological foundations, total and daily workload;
Develop teaching materials for the modules, thematic blocks, or course(s) to be taught, if no material is available, under guidance and supervision of the Pedagogical Coordinator and the Analyst responsible for the course at the Regional Administration;
Comply with operational definitions of educational activities, including: class schedule and timing, student late arrival tolerance period, location of scheduled activities, student assessment system, approval criteria (grades and minimum attendance requirements), and completion of attendance records;
Request teaching materials and products required for the development of your thematic block/course, and verify and assume responsibility for materials assigned to classes;
Participate in planning meetings aimed at organizing SENAC’s teaching-learning process;
Develop the Teacher Work Plan;
Participate in Pedagogical Meetings and Class Councils related to the course whenever summoned by the Pedagogical Coordination;
Prepare a final report on the course/thematic block development, covering qualitative and quantitative progress information, and submit critiques and suggestions to enrich the action plan and product management;
Support in-person sales and pedagogical coordination teams, as needed, in technical clarification of course projects and customer/student information during sales closure;
Support, when requested, in developing course plans and defining consumable materials necessary for their implementation;
Provide suggestions and technical support to improve pedagogical environments;
Develop, when requested, consultancy actions in SENAC MS areas of expertise.
Perform other related duties of similar nature and equivalent levels of responsibility and complexity;
Comply with, and ensure compliance with, applicable legislation, institutional norms, and regulations.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Completed higher education in Business Management, Gastronomy, Food Engineering, Beverage Technology, Enology, or related fields;
Postgraduate qualification (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in areas related to production, sensory analysis, management, or education in beverages is desirable;
Technical English proficiency for reading international articles and manuals is desirable;
Specific certifications such as Sommelier, Master Brewer, Barista, Distilled Spirits Specialist, etc., are desirable;
Proven experience in beverage industry or product development laboratories;
Experience in teaching, instruction, and/or tutoring of courses and/or training programs;
Proficiency in production processes of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, etc.);
Knowledge of food microbiology, food chemistry, and quality control applied to the beverage industry;
Availability for travel, training sessions, and occasional weekend work

**Salary:** R$ 55.00 per teaching hour; monthly remuneration corresponds to the actual call-up (acceptance and execution) for the period
