This experience allows us to add significant value to the contracts we are involved in, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions in Brazil, and through sharing and exchanging acquired knowledge, since we have participated in numerous successful projects across the country. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide daily supervision of QA team activities, offering technical and operational support. * Distribute tasks, balance workload, and ensure a sustainable pace within squads. * Monitor task execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria are met. * Track operational indicators (productivity, defects, throughput, lead time, test coverage). * Actively integrate with Development, Analysis, and Support Squads, aligning priorities and dependencies. * Identify, record, monitor, and report risks, non-conformities, and deviations. * Organize and prioritize the QA demand backlog based on criticality and project impact. * Support test planning, effort estimation, functional validation, and user story reviews. * Contribute to standardizing processes and aligning QA practices across teams. * Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate in the continuous improvement of internal processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields. * Previous experience in Quality Assurance, functional and/or non-functional testing. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools (preferably Azure DevOps). * Proven ability to supervise and distribute tasks within multifunctional teams. * Experience in creating test plans, defining acceptance criteria, and effort estimation. * Ability to identify, document, and communicate non-conformities, risks, and impediments. * Analytical skills for monitoring productivity, performance, and quality indicators. * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control practices. * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, sense of urgency, and prioritization abilities. **Differentials:** * Experience with test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, etc.). * Knowledge of quality metrics and best QA practices in multi-project environments. **Additional information** On-site PJ contract type Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is a company with over 21 years of market experience, operating exclusively in the public sector, working with state-owned enterprises, institutions, and municipal, state, and federal agencies.
