Join Nexa and be part of mining that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work and promote safety as the top priority, combat waste, avoid rework, and deliver with quality; * Perform preventive maintenance on transportation equipment for underground mines (Trucks 730EJ, 740EJ, and 745; LHDs R1700 and R2900; Epiroc Diamec PHC06 drills); * Ensure transportation fleet quality and reliability, reduce waste, and bring improvements and innovations to the area; * Conduct failure analysis, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnostics, read and interpret drawings, replace and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic components, use software and tools for diagnostics; * Prepare technical reports, accurately complete and close service orders in the computerized system (SAP); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of mining machinery (Caterpillar LHD 1700, 2900, and trucks 730 and 745); * Completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; **Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving; * Teamwork; * Organization and planning; **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident being their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
