Description: * Mining and/or Metallurgical and/or Production Engineering, related fields; * Desired solid experience in people management and in Mineral Processing/Beneficiation processes; * Technical knowledge of tools for managing daily operational routines related to performance indicators in the production process of a Processing Plant; * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools applied to unit operations in ore treatment processes; * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite; * Valid driver's license category B; * Responsible for managing, operating, and delivering results through a work team; * Guide the work team in carrying out routine tasks, aligned with company culture, contributing to their technical and behavioral development; * Execute action plans within their area while monitoring results; * Lead organizational changes; * Coordinate all activities related to Plant operations; * Manage equipment, ensure site safety, compliance with regulatory standards, workforce management, and optimization of ore processing procedures; * Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely; * Define operational production strategies, interfacing with maintenance teams to support monthly and annual production schedules; * Coordinate shift operations to ensure plant performance indicators are met and planned production is guaranteed; * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operational control systems and provide information to operational areas; * Work across interfaces to ensure achievement of safety, environmental, and production goals; * Support management through monitoring and analysis of management and cost indicators within their area of responsibility; * Ensure operational control of the production process (crushing, screening, thickening, and filtration) through control parameters and operational procedures, guaranteeing compliance with production indicators; * Collaborate with Maintenance Engineering and Mineral Processing teams to find solutions for operational issues and constraints. 2511180202461816379
