If yes, this is your opportunity! **Work mode**: On-site — Três Lagoas/MS As a **Manufacturing Supervisor**, your key **responsibilities** include: * Supervising and organizing the workshop, maintaining control over executed activities in accordance with the production planning and control plan (PPCP); * Assigning tasks to subordinates and guiding them in compliance with procedures and standards to meet scheduled deadlines; * Providing technical assistance to customers to diagnose potential issues and perform repairs; * Visiting suppliers to analyze and evaluate machinery, services, conditions, and specifications; * Proposing, planning, and implementing improvements in the manufacturing process or equipment procurement to increase productivity and efficiency; * Interviewing candidates, conducting screening, and technically selecting personnel to fill vacancies within areas under your responsibility—complementing the recruitment process managed by HR; * Conducting performance evaluations to foster the development of staff within your areas of responsibility; * Participating in internal training and development programs, delivering lectures and courses; * Monitoring departmental KPIs by analyzing results and holding monthly cross-departmental meetings to assess low-performing indicators, define action plans, and present monthly reports to senior management; * Complying with company-established safety, hygiene, disciplinary, and other applicable regulations; * Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 procedures, instructions, and standards—and applying them daily; * Performing other related professional duties inherent to the position as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor. We seek candidates with the following **competencies**: * Knowledge in: People Management, Process Management, Production Processes, and Process Simulation; * Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Tools; * Intermediate-level English proficiency and basic Spanish proficiency. We expect the following **qualifications**: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering.
