Come live the new with us! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Act as Technical Responsible (TR) for a hydroelectric project in the dam safety process with regulatory and oversight agencies; * Conduct safety inspections, technical analyses, and preparation of periodic technical reports and Regular Safety Inspection Reports (RISR). * Prepare Technical Specifications for hiring engineering services; * Coordinate and/or supervise and/or monitor the contracting and execution of reinforcement, upgrading, or corrective maintenance works on containment structures (dam structures); * Monitor the operation of geotechnical and hydrological instrumentation systems and prepare reports on behavior studies and interpretation of dam and concrete structure instrumentation, including analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and propose corrective measures; * Participate in the preparation and updating of documents required by law, such as: I. Emergency Action Plan (EAP); II. Dam Safety Plan (DSP); III. Dam Safety Form (DSF); IV. Periodic Dam Safety Review (PDSR); III. Declaration of Stability Condition (DSC); * Work in a multidisciplinary manner, with clear and integrated communication with other Operations areas. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Engineering (CREA); * Proven experience in civil engineering activities with focus on Dam Safety. Valid driver's license, minimum category B, and availability for travel. * **Desirable Technical Qualifications:** * Proven experience in engineering applied to dam safety, including: i) Preparation of Engineering Projects focused on Dam Safety; ii) Preparation and/or management of Dam Safety Plans and Emergency Action Plans; iii) Execution of Regular Safety Inspections (RSI) and issuance of respective reports. * Technical knowledge for analysis and interpretation of geotechnical and hydrological instrumentation data, with ability to identify anomalies, trends, and propose corrective measures; * Experience in coordinating works and technical interventions aimed at maintenance, upgrading, or improving structural safety; * Up-to-date knowledge of current legislation, especially: a) Law No. 12,334/2010 (National Dam Safety Policy – PNSB) and its updates; **Additional Information** **Benefits: ** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people drive the energy that moves us.
