Job Summary: The Electrical Supervisor will plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, Delta Energia is seeking an **Electrical Supervisor** for its Cuiabá unit. The professional will be responsible for **planning and overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems**, ensuring quality, timely execution, and operational sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with PCM in planning maintenance activities according to production scheduling; * Supervise spare parts inventory in the warehouse; * Delegate tasks to the team and provide necessary technical support; * Supervise maintenance-related activities; * Monitor maintenance closure and propose required actions; * Analyze departmental reports to audit daily task progress and implement potential process improvements; * Ensure the team possesses all necessary knowledge to perform assigned tasks; * Ensure the safety of all employees through proper use of PPE; * Collaborate with occupational safety to issue work permits; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation; * Full knowledge and certification in NR\-10, NR12, NR\-33, and NR\-35; * Knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance of electric motors; * Prior experience as a maintenance foreman or supervisor in industrial settings; * Experience in corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance; * Experience in automation and instrumentation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work occasionally on weekends; * Solid knowledge of frequency inverters and soft starters. **Additional Information** CLT employment contract with hazard pay Health insurance Life insurance On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Fuel allowance We are a 100% Brazilian business holding group with 24 years of history and established presence in the energy sector.
