Job Summary: The Purchasing Assistant will support the purchasing team by providing information on inventory levels, margins, and product turnover, as well as assisting in campaign development and order management. Intermediate / Advanced Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide support and assistance to the purchasing team, delivering up-to-date information on inventory levels, margins, and product turnover; assist in campaign development, purchase order issuance, incoming goods tracking, and product and supplier registration. Complete the product and supplier registration spreadsheet; Support the purchasing team in registering supplier information; Issue purchase orders; Update daily sales and turnover data by supplier and product; Monitor incoming goods on a daily basis; Support the receiving department with purchase order information; Track and manage product expiration date information; Assist in campaigns with partial information; Support campaign closing activities; Update sales information; Assist with market research alongside the sales team. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday, 100% onsite); On-site cafeteria; Transportation allowance; Basic food basket.
