




Job Description: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in HR payroll department routines; * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and ancillary obligations (GFIP, CAGED, DCTFWeb, among others); * Proficiency in onboarding, vacation, termination, payroll processing, labor charges, and employee benefits; * Familiarity with electronic time tracking systems and work schedule management; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, strong communication abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Manage onboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and accuracy in records; * Process and verify payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations (monthly and annual), ensuring adherence to legal and internal deadlines; * Monitor and analyze electronic time records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in working hours; * Support internal and external audits by providing data, reports, and documentation upon request; * Provide support to employees and managers regarding labor-related matters and HR payroll department processes; * Propose and implement continuous improvements to workflows and routines within the area, aiming for greater efficiency and quality; * Collaborate closely with the People & Management team to ensure consistent, high-standard deliverables. 251130020218693887
