




**Main responsibilities:** * Conduct daily analyses of working hour overruns, distinguishing cases exceeding 10 hours and those exceeding 12 hours. * Assess monthly overtime trends and propose corrective actions when increases occur. * Guide managers and employees regarding the necessity and appropriateness of justifications entered into the system. * Identify and investigate pending justifications in the Time Management System. * Monitor daily overtime trends and suggest actions to prevent future overruns. * Develop and present the Top 20 ranking of employees with the highest volume of overtime, highlighting those trending toward exceeding the monthly limit of 40 hours. * Generate management reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. * Act in an advisory capacity with leadership to promote proper use of time-tracking tools and compliance with labor legislation. **Prerequisites:** * Prior experience in time management, working hour control, handling time entries, or HR/Personnel Administration. * Experience conducting data analyses, tracking KPIs, facilitating meetings, and producing reports. * Experience handling large volumes of information and direct interaction with managers. **Technical competencies:** * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookup functions, charts, KPIs). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (working hours, overtime, rest breaks). * Analytical ability to identify patterns, deviations, and trends. * Experience facilitating meetings. ### **Employment type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance ### **Department:** Mato Grosso do Sul
