




Administrative Assistant - Engineering It is essential to have strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Performing duties related to the Engineering department; drafting and filing documents and reports; collecting and sending data/documents to the responsible department; acting as liaison and contacting suppliers and clients; assisting in organizing internal events; purchasing and managing inventory of service materials and other work tools; organizing purchases, inventory, and shipment of materials; scheduling and arranging meetings; hiring and overseeing execution of general services.
