Perform operational tasks and support self-service activities to ensure agile, efficient service delivery and successful business execution, aligned with established goals. Member Service: Serve members to meet their needs and contribute to business effectiveness, as well as fulfill demands from the Business Area. New Business Development: Identify and promote new business opportunities among members, referring them to Business Managers for further assistance and supporting documentation formalities. Delinquency Collection: Support credit collection efforts for delinquent accounts within agreed negotiation timelines, following guidance from the Business Area, aiming to recover lent capital.
